Are the posts labeled as AI-generated?
Yes. Every post carries the platform's AI label where the platform offers one, and we do not remove it. Your product in the picture is real. The scene is generated. We say so.
Who owns the images?
You keep all rights to the photo you upload. The posts we create from it are yours to use for your own marketing, on any channel, without time limit. We do not publish your images anywhere except the accounts you connected.
Which platforms do you post to?
Instagram, TikTok and X at launch. Starter covers 2 channels, Grow 4, Pro all of them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly. Cancel any time and your plan ends at the end of the billing month. If you need a break, pause for 1 to 3 months instead. Yearly plans run to the end of the year term.
Will my product really look like my product?
That is the whole point. We cut your product out of your photo and place it as it is. A second model checks every image against the original before it goes out. Get a free sample and judge for yourself.
Do you make video?
Grow includes short motion clips made from your image (slow zoom, pan). Pro includes AI video with movement in the scene. The free sample is an image only.
Which languages do you write in?
Captions in English or German, set per brand. Hashtags are chosen for the language and the platform.
What kind of support do I get?
Email support. Most questions get an answer within minutes from our help system. Anything about billing, rights or a result that does not look right goes to a person.
